To welcome the Year of the Dragon, One Michelin-starred restaurant Yat Tung Heen will once again present its signature Turnip Pudding and classic Chinese New Year Pudding. The Chinese New Year gourmet treats come in elegant, minimalistic boxes as a nod to Eaton's sustainability mission and commitment to reducing packaging waste. The package design features the leaves of the lotus plant to symbolize Spring, with fish as a motif in reference to Chinese New Year greeting "May there be fish every year", in which the word fish is a homophone to the word excess and symbolizes abundance and profit.
